Get a Head Start With These Fall styles
For so many obvious reasons, I get excited about the fall and more so with the fashion. In the summer I'm more of a jean shorts and tank top kinda girl, but the fall? The fall is my favorite kind of style. Boots, flannel shirts, distressed jeans, sweatshirt dresses.... I love it all! With only a few more weeks to fall, it is time to get a head start with the fall fashion wardrobe update.
Although I am still in disbelief that it will be September in a few weeks, but the cooler morning temperature makes sure to remind me of that. I have started adding a few items to my fall shopping cart and making a note to update my fall basics. You know I'm all about the budget. That is, finding good quality pieces and creating styles that will have you looking and feeling like luxury without breaking the bank because luxury can exist at every level. So, here are a few items I have recently coveted from ShoeDazzle and I don't think I'm done yet (please don't judge me, lol) but we'll see.

Booties
Booties are great for transitioning from summer to fall. They pair perfectly with basically everything. From denim shorts to distressed jeans and dresses to skirts, booties are so versatile. When it comes to booties you can covet, get a head start with these current fall trend: combat boots or lace up boots. I am already loving these ones I got from ShoeDazzle.
Knee-High Boots
If you know nothing about me, just know that I love shoes! I think I may have a shoe problem (rolls eyes) but you can't have too many shoes right? Knee high boots are always a favorite of mine and I cant really recall a time they weren't a wardrobe staple. They can be worn under midi skirts, with short skirts, shorts and of course over jeans. Theres no doubt that ankle boots will always be an essential shoe style to own, but if you want to look particularly forward this fall, get yourself a pair of knee-high boots.
I found these on Shoedazzle and I just had to get them:
Sweatshirt Dress
A sweatshirt dress is one that replaces your sweat suit, you know that one you wore all through 2020? It is just as much equivalent to your most-worn hoodie. Let's face it, You and your sweatpants have been through it in the last year; from zoom meetings, grocery runs, Netflix and chilling on your couch. You both deserve space, give other articles of clothing that feel as comfortable some attention. A sweatshirt dress is cut from the same comfortable fabric as your hoodie so why not give it a try. For a stylish look, you can pair with a knee-high boot or a bootie.

Ruched Clutch
I'm sure we've all noticed that the 2021 handbag trend has followed the same style. That is puffy, slouchy, scrunchie and ruched. 2021 bag trends all revolve around the same exact same look: a laid back but still classy if you ask me. If you haven't gotten in on the trend yet, here's your chance to snag this ruched clutch from shoedazzle. My first attraction to this bag is the color, the style was my second attraction. It's no secret that bright colors have been the trend for this year so, why not add one more to your wardrobe?
Crossbody bag
With all that's been going on in the world lately, we really don't know if and how often we will be relying on our handbags as much as we used to. But, it is safe to assume that no matter what the current norm is buying a new accessory will always sound like a great idea. A crossbody bag felt like a great idea to me so I got one for myself.
My fall 2021 wardrobe will definitely be expanding past these items listed as I already have a few more pieces added to the carts of my favorite online stores but I'll definitely be keeping you posted. To see how I'll be styling these items, make sure to follow me on my Instagram.
